Nurse Practitioner
Bre'Ana received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the Milwaukee School of Engineering in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, in November of 2015. She began her nursing career at Providence Park Hospital in Novi, Michigan working on a medical-surgical floor. Following this, she spent the next four years nursing at a sub-acute rehab in Brighton, Michigan. While working as a nurse she received her Masters of Science in Nursing from Spring Arbor University in Jackson, Michigan in January of 2020. She specializes as a Nurse Practitioner in Adult and Gerontology with a focus in Primary Care.
In her free time, Bre'Ana likes spending time with friends and family. She recently became an aunt to six nieces and nephews. She was married in October of 2019 to her now-husband Chris. She has two fur babies named Luna and Leonard. Bre'Ana takes pride in caring for American veterans as her husband's entire family is military. Her favorite part about working at Avalon Physician Services is the rapport she can build with her patients and their families.
Dr. Sarafa and his team have been coming to our senior community to service the residents for some time now and we cannot recommend them enough. They are very approachable and extremely knowledgeable. The only regret is that we didn't invite them in sooner!
